Shipping Policy

Welcome to Hello Hilda Beloved. We are committed to processing and shipping your order as quickly and carefully as possible.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment has been received.
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. A second email containing your tracking information will be sent once your order has shipped.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM Central Time (CST) will begin processing on the next business day.
Shipping
We currently ship within the United States only.
Estimated standard delivery is 3–5 business days after your order has been shipped.
Shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.
Please note that delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and cannot be guaranteed. Severe weather, holidays, and other carrier-related delays may occasionally affect delivery times.
Shipping Carriers
Orders are shipped using reliable shipping carriers based on the destination, package size, and available shipping services. Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.
Shipping Address
Please verify your shipping address before completing your purchase.
If you discover an error after placing your order, please contact us immediately at mountainoflove2023@yahoo.com. While we will do our best to assist, we cannot guarantee address changes after an order has been processed or shipped.
P.O. Boxes & Military Addresses
We currently ship to P.O. Boxes within the United States when supported by the selected shipping carrier.
At this time, we do not ship to APO/FPO military addresses.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of that carrier.
If your tracking information shows your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend first contacting the shipping carrier.
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@hellohildabeloved.com and include photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Order Tracking
A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to become active after it has been generated.
